Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR operations
• Oversee payroll and HR administration
• Manage HR compliance
• Supervise the HR team
• Support hiring and onboarding
• Assist with employee relations
• Partner with leaders across the organization
• Review employee feedback and action plans
• Support workforce transitions and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Multi-state HR and payroll experience
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter
• Works independently
• Strategic and hands‑on Paycom experience preferred
