Job Summary

Indulgent Wealth Solutions is seeking motivated individuals who are interested in becoming tax professionals and building income in the tax industry. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling, training provided, and mentorship to help you learn the fundamentals of tax preparation, client support, and business development.

This role is ideal for someone who is coachable, professional, organized, and ready to learn a high-income skill while helping individuals and families during tax season. No prior tax experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Remote Tax Preparation Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients with the tax preparation process
• Collecting and organizing client documents securely
• Communicating with clients professionally and clearly
• Learning basic tax preparation procedures and compliance expectations
• Completing required training and onboarding
• Following company processes, systems, and client service standards
• Maintaining confidentiality of all client information
• Asking proper due diligence questions when working with clients
• Helping educate clients on required documents and next steps
• Promoting tax preparation services and building your client base

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong communication skills
• A professional and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good organization and time management skills
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus
• Tax preparation experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have access to a computer, phone, and reliable internet
• Must be able to complete onboarding and training
• Must be comfortable working remotely
• Must be willing to follow company procedures and compliance standards

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with a 70/30 split. Income is based on completed tax preparation services and client volume. This is not a salaried position.
