We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of standard medical assistant duties while also playing a crucial role in monitoring patient mental health and administering specialized treatments. This position involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications:

- A genuine interest in mental health and desire to help push the field forward

- Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly with mental health patients, is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments of patients' emotional well-being by performing daily check-ins with patients at the beginning of treatment.

- Administer Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments, ensuring 10-120 minute treatment sessions as required.

- Provide care for several patients simultaneously by effectively collaborating with

providers and other medical assistants

- Conduct patient intake questionnaires to gather essential information for mental health

history records and insurance benefits analysis.

- Schedule recurring treatment sessions, ensuring they do not conflict with other patient or

provider plans.

- Optimize clinic efficiency by managing appointment schedules and maintaining clear

communication with the clinical team.

- Document and communicate updates to providers to support ongoing patient care.

- Monitor patients throughout treatments, ensuring their comfort and safety.

- Stay informed about individual treatment plans and adapt care strategies accordingly.

- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient data.

- Measure and record patients' vital signs.

- Prepare patients for treatments by preparing patient rooms with comfort requests.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Ensure medical supplies and equipment are properly stocked and sanitized.

- Handle administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and

updating patient records.
