Indian Creations is seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online business across Shopify, Etsy, and eBay. The position is offered on a full-time or part-time basis depending on availability. We are located in Rockaway, NJ, but the position can also be remote.

Responsibilities
*Redesign the existing Shopify store with a modern, elegant, and professional look
*Manage and update our Shopify, Etsy, and eBay stores
*Create, edit, and organize product listings
*Maintain accurate prices, descriptions, photos, variations, and inventory
*Respond professionally to customer emails and messages
*Assist customers with product questions, orders, shipping, returns, and exchanges
*Monitor orders and ensure they are processed correctly
*Update shipment tracking information
*Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism
*Collect and respond to customer reviews
*Help manage promotional emails and customer contact lists
Improve product titles, descriptions, tags, and keywords for SEO
*Maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms
Identify opportunities to improve sales and the customer experience
* Provide regular updates on store performance, customer concerns, and outstanding tasks
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
*Has experience with Shopify, Etsy, and eBay
*Understands e-commerce, online listings, inventory, and customer service
*Has strong written English and professional communication skills
*Is organized and comfortable managing a large product catalog
*Can work independently and take initiative
*Is honest, dependable, patient, and detail-oriented
*Is willing to put genuine effort into the position and go beyond basic assigned tasks
*Is interested in building a long-term working relationship
*Appreciates handmade products, artisan craftsmanship, and cultural storytelling
Experience with product photography, Canva, SEO, social media, email marketing, or Omnisend is a plus.
