Regional Director of Therapy Services

Salary: $105,000-$120,000

Ready to take your therapy career to the next level?

Orchard View Post Acute is looking for an experienced PT, OT, or SLP who loves developing people, solving problems, and helping therapy teams succeed. This is a regional leadership opportunity where you'll mentor Directors of Rehab, support multiple therapy programs, and make an impact beyond just one facility.

And the best part? This is a leadership role - not a traditional patient caseload position.

What You'll Do

• Mentor and support Directors of Rehabilitation

• Partner with therapy teams, Administrators, and regional leaders

• Help improve staffing, operations, compliance, and clinical outcomes

• Coach and develop therapy leaders

• Support new programs and therapy transitions

• Help teams prepare for surveys and regulatory reviews

• Assist with recruiting and developing great therapy talent

• Travel throughout the assigned region as needed

What We're Looking For

• Licensed PT, OT, or SLP

• Therapy leadership experience, ideally in skilled nursing

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to obtain RAC-CT certification within one year of hire
