Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or business development within a B2B environment, preferably in technology or related sectors.
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, direct sales, and territory management strategies.
• Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations that resonate with client needs.
• Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer feedback, and sales data for continuous improvement.
