We are seeking an approachable, compassionate physician leader with the ability to guide a team through structured, evidence‑based care and has a deep commitment to mental health and addiction medicine.

Elevate the Standard of Care: By directing medication protocols, overseeing physical examinations, and actively participating in weekly treatment team meetings, you will ensure every patient receives comprehensive, life-saving care tailored to their unique recovery journey.
Empower and Mentor Clinicians: You will be the clinical cornerstone of our facility. By providing hands-on training, chart reviews, and continuous mentorship to nurses, NPs, PAs, and other physicians, you will multiply your impact and cultivate a culture of clinical excellence.
Drive Strategic Vision: Your clinical insights belong at the executive table. You will participate in Quarterly Board Meetings to help shape strategic plans, quality assurance initiatives, and clinical protocols, ensuring that patient needs drive our organizational growth.
Champion Holistic Health: Recognizing that addiction is just one piece of the puzzle, you will actively guide patients toward comprehensive wellness, seamlessly coordinating referrals to primary care providers for broader medical needs.
Requirements
Education & Credentials:
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certification: Addiction Medicine (ABPM) or Addiction Psychiatry (AAAP/ABPN) ~ preferred.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of operation.
- Active DEA Registration (Schedules II, III C) with the ability/waiver to prescribe buprenorphine.
- Active Medicaid & Medicare credentials.
Expertise:
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in Substance Use or Addiction Medicine is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of mental health/substance use treatments, Federal Confidentiality Laws, and HIPAA.
- Basic proficiency in standard computer applications (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace) and electronic medical records.
Benefits
Schedule: 12 hours a week 2-3 days a week, early morning hours
Pay: Open for discussion, starting at $150 an hour
