Location: Jacksonville and Within 1.5 Hours of surrounding areas

Compensation: Salary + Commissions. $100-$200K+ Yearly

What We’re Looking For:
  • Self-motivated and career-minded go-getters! ????
  • A high level of Communication Skills
  • Experience with numbers, outside sales, construction, or design is a plus—but not required!
  • A passion for learning and a drive to succeed! We want someone humble, hungry, honeable, and hard-working. ????
  • Availability for 5 PM and Some Saturday appointments is required.
  • Motivated to find self generated Lead Sources (They also pay almost double the commission)
Your Key Responsibilities:
???? Engage with Clients: Build strong relationships and make lasting connections!
???? Follow-Up Magic: Provide consistent communication from initial contact to closing!
???? Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our offerings to wow customers with your expertise!
???? Qualify & Estimate: Identify client needs and create detailed proposals that impress!
???? Negotiate with Flair: Understand design principles and close those deals!
What You Can Expect:
???? Company Mileage Reimbursement or Car at senior level.
???? Full-time Work
???? Potential to Earn $200K++ per Year
???? Paid Training to learn a valuable trade
