Immanuel Pathways PACE is seeking an Experienced Full-time Cook to work at Pathways Central Iowa, located at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324. The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. Experience cooking in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.

This position will pay up to $19.68/hour.  Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities of this job include all types of food preparation, including but not limited to baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking; and cleaning the kitchen and dishes. Also assists with any duties in the kitchen and helping to serve the participants at the day center.

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

One (1) year of cooking experience at a level beyond fast food/fast casual is required.

Experience cooking in a senior healthcare setting is preferred.

Minimum age of 18 years old is required.
