  • Vinyl Production \u2014 Weed, mask, and apply vinyl graphics to various surfaces.<\/li>
  • Substrate Preparation \u2014 Measure, cut, and prep materials such as aluminum, PVC, acrylic, coroplast, banner, and various other materials as needed.<\/li>
  • Quality Control \u2014 Inspect prints and finished signs for accuracy, color consistency, and craftsmanship.<\/li>
  • Equipment Care \u2014 Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on production equipment and maintain an organized workspace.<\/li>
  • Workflow Coordination \u2014 Communicate with customer service, designers, and installers to keep jobs on schedule and ensure smooth production.<\/li>
  • Organization \u2014 Keep a well-organized shop with an emphasis on Lean applied principles.<\/li>
  • Installation Prep \u2014 Assemble hardware, prep mounting materials, and package jobs for installers.<\/li>
