The ideal candidate will have a strong technical, analytical, and product background – with a hunger to make products grow.

• Leverage data to understand the products in depth, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement of the antakshriapp users
• Drive projects focusing on new user growth, mobile usage, and revenue - working closely with design, product, engineering, and data teams
• Work both on the core product as well as news feed, notifications, and mobile, and offsite marketing channels like SEO, SEM, and email

Lead Product Designer

Ikdam is looking for an experienced and talented designer to help lead one or more of our platforms or products, and play a leadership role within the design team.You will be an integral part of the design team, collaborating with engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the product cycle.

• Design the user experience and interactions for our suite of products (both new and existing)
• Create beautiful, simple, and delightful interfaces that people love to use
• Have an opinion, produce consistently great work, and champion simplicity
• Communicate across teams, drive concepts, and mentor others to help deliver their best work
• Help shepherd the design process through various requests and iterations

Senior Mobile Software Engineer
REDWOODCITY,CA

You will have direct impact on our product and will work on our awesome mobile products.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to writing code based on exciting product requirements.

• Masters in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• Engineering talent proven by great work experience, hobby projects, open source contributions, and/or superior academic results
• Strong foundation in the fundamentals of computer science, with familiarity in data structures, algorithms, and software design optimized for embedded systems
• Expert knowledge in mobile development with at least Android or iOS
• Plus if you have experience in multimedia and audio/video codecs
