We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team focusing on residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely within a small team to deliver high-quality framing and finishing work while having opportunities for growth into lead and project management roles. Occasional travel to job sites is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing tasks for residential construction
• Complete finishing carpentry work to ensure quality and detail
• Collaborate effectively with a small team of 2-5 members
• Maintain and manage carpentry tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols on job sites
• Adapt to occasional travel requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with carpentry tools and measurement techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills
