The Part-Time Fulfillment & Shipping Specialist will manage the processing and shipping of fine jewelry orders, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout each step. This role operates independently within a moderate daily volume environment (30-50 packages per shift), using mixed shipping methods to quality service and maintain inventory standards.

We are a growing e-commerce business specializing in curated fine jewelry, luxury accessories, and premium timepieces. We take immense pride in our presentation, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders accurately and efficiently: Print order labels via Shopify, pack items, and prepare for shipment
• Quality Control & Inspection: Carefully inspect incoming items, outgoing orders, and returns under magnification
• Secure Packing: Beautifully and safely package high-value items using custom materials
• Shipping & Labeling: Handle USPS, FedEx, UPS drop-off/pickup — print accurate labels
• Returns Processing: Inspect returned products, process them, and restock into inventory
• Inventory Management: Track and organize packing supplies; receive incoming boxes and count/verify inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure single-room workspace

Additional tasks such as general organization and light warehouse duties may be added in the future.

Schedule:

• Part-time, 3 days per week (10–15 hours total)
• Flexible days (example: Mon/Wed/Fri) and shift times: 10AM–1PM or 12PM–3PM

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• Extreme attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Absolute integrity & reliability — must pass criminal background check and drug screen
• Comfortable using Windows computer, Shopify (order management & label printing), and basic shipping software
• Ability to sit/stand for periods, pack continuously, and lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Reliable transportation and consistent schedule availability
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Experience preferred but not required — training provided for the right reliable candidate
