Particle Therapy: The next frontier in Cancer therapy. IBA is the undisputed leader in particle therapy, acknowledged to be the most precise and effective clinical radiotherapy method in the selective destruction of cancer cells. To date, more than 25 world renowned medical institutions have built a Particle Therapy Center with IBA.

Challenges we trust you with

• Participate in account recordkeeping and electronic filing.
• Maintain special reports for monthly expenses, generate purchase requisitions (PR), conduct inventory of repair parts and site property (electronic and hard copy), assist with budget consolidation reforecast.
• Support and mentoring from supervisor and other staff.
• Ability to commit to 6-8 weeks of internship.
• Flexible hours between 8:00 - 4:30.

What we value

• Minimum of 1-2 years of college focusing on Accounting or Business.

• Must be able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.

• Must have experience using the Internet and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel is critical and knowledge of SharePoint is desirable.

• Must have proven ability to work independently in an organized, time-efficient, results-oriented manner.

• Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities with frequent time constraints.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills are required.
