Falcon Consulting Group is currently seeking qualified professionals to staff positions with various clients in the following areas:  Security Guards, Administrators, Supervisors/Managers, and Sales/Account Managers in the greater Los Angeles, CA area. Ideal candidates are reliable, alert, and experienced in working swing shifts, off peak hours, and overnight shifts. You must be comfortable in fast-paced environments with ever evolving logistics and real-time decision making/action-response.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and property
• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to monitor activity and identify potential security risks
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or violations of site policies
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
• Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
• Control access points and verify credentials when applicable
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency personnel
• Follow all company protocols and site-specific security procedures

Requirements

• Valid California Guard Card issued by BSIS
• Prior security experience preferred but not required
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Los Angeles area
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
• Basic Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to patrol assigned areas and respond quickly to incidents
• Ability to work outdoors depending on the assignment
