SHIFT LEADER

Job Summary:
As a Shift Leader you'll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure top standards in product quality, customer service, and cleanliness. With a focus on team support and financial accountability, you'll help create a positive work environment and outstanding customer experiences. Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas, including product preparation, customer service, restaurant upkeep, inventory control, team management, recruitment, and retention.
- Maintain financial accountability and deliver top-quality products and services to every customer.
- Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.
- Consider yourself a "people person," and enjoy meeting others.
- Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate.
- Understand how to create a great customer service experience.
- Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work.
- Are open to learning new things.
- Are comfortable with responsibilities like cash-handling and store safety.
