A well-established and highly regarded law firm, is looking for a patent litigation attorney with at least 4 years of relevant litigation experience.  If you have a passion for IP litigation, this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice where your talents will be valued.  As a member of this team, your responsibility will continue to expand, as this is a collegial atmosphere where performance is rewarded and recognized.
 
Here, you will have the opportunity to work in all aspects of litigation within a thriving IP litigation practice.  Your responsibility will be commensurate with your experience and demonstrated capabilities.  The primary focus will pertain to patent litigation, but you will also have the opportunity to work on other IP litigation matters per the ongoing needs of the practice.
 
IP Litigation Attorney Requirements:
  * At least 4 years of substantive IP litigation experience with increasing responsibilities and an emphasis on patent cases
  * Technical undergraduate degree (STEM)
  * Stable work history
  * Excellent academic credentials
  * IL State Bar (or eligible for Admission on Motion)
  * USPTO License (preferred)
