About Us:
We are a leading rubber roll manufacturing company serving industrial clients across multiple industries. Our team takes pride in precision craftsmanship, quality materials, and dependable service. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Receiving & Machine Operator to join our growing production team.

Position Overview:
The Receiving & Machine Operator will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, inspecting components for accuracy and quality, and operating production machinery to manufacture rubber rolls to exact specifications.

Must have reliable transportation. And someone who wants to work and can take their job seriously.

• Hours 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components
• Measure and record part dimensions using calipers and micrometers
• Set up and operate machinery used in rubber roll production
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records
• Follow safety and quality standards at all times
• Assist with general shop duties and equipment maintenance
• Work overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience using calipers and micrometers is a plus
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must live within 25 miles of Orange
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Bilingual A Plus English to Spanish

Pay & Benefits:

• $21–$23 per hour (BOE)
