Work Environment

As a remote position, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will work within a flexible and innovative telehealth framework. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs through virtual consultations, utilizing various telehealth platforms.
• Provide effective behavioral health services both through telehealth and in-person sessions, tailoring interventions to the unique requirements of each client.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure high standards of care.
• Deliver services with cultural sensitivity, honoring the diverse backgrounds and experiences of each client to promote inclusivity and trust.
• Develop and nurture effective therapeutic relationships with clients, facilitating an environment conducive to healing and personal growth.
• Write detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports that accurately represent the care provided and the ongoing progress of clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support and connecting clients to vital resources and services.
• Stay current on developments in mental health practices through continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment disorders. Our practice serves clients of all ages and backgrounds, including those in hospice care and end-of-life scenarios, emphasizing the importance of providing compassionate and effective support tailored to each individual's needs.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.
• An active, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic techniques.
• Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage a consistent client caseload and navigate scheduling efficiently.
• Proficiency in completing timely and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, preferably in settings that emphasize telehealth or remote service delivery.
• Experience working with hospice populations or in grief counseling is highly desirable, given the focus of our practice.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth technologies to support efficient service delivery and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:
