InnerCircle Games – Experience Host / Game Facilitator

InnerCircle Games is looking for an Experience Host to lead our live competitive strategy experiences. This isn’t just running games—it’s creating moments players will be talking about long after the event ends.

Every experience is different. Every group is different. Your job is to keep the energy high, explain challenges with confidence, manage competition, and deliver an experience that feels polished, exciting, and unforgettable.

What You’ll Do

• Host live InnerCircle experiences for groups of all ages.
• Explain challenges, rules, and twists with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Keep games moving while maintaining excitement.
• Encourage friendly competition while creating a fun, welcoming environment.
• Set up and tear down games, props, equipment, and event materials.
• Assist with transporting and organizing equipment for on-site events.
• Help manage scoring, timing, challenges, and overall game flow.
• Think quickly and adapt when unexpected situations arise.
• Ensure every experience is safe, organized, and professionally run.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the InnerCircle brand.

Bonus Skills

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and transport game equipment.
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout events.
• Willing to work both indoor and outdoor events.
• Reliable transportation required.
