Under the supervision of the External Communication Manager, you will actively participate in the implementation of the 360° communication strategy. You will play an active role in managing our social networks and creating content, as well as organizing events. Your contribution plays a key role in the radiance of the group's brands.
Digital Communication (Social Media & Web Content)Objective: To reinforce the visibility and attractiveness of our three brands.
- Assist in the daily management of the LinkedIn accounts of our three brands (agap2, INGEVA, agap2IT) as well as the Instagram account agap2, respecting their own identities and the defined editorial lines.
- Creation of engaging and varied corporate and employer branding content (posts, visuals, stories, reels, carousels…).
- Support in the writing of corporate and employer branding web articles for the websites of the 3 brands.
- Participation in the digital trends watch (formats, algorithms, competitors).
- Monitoring of performances, analysis of data and reporting of points of attention.
Objective: To deploy the internal event strategy and ensure the success of the events.
- Organization of events for the Lyon agency (up to 250 participants), in collaboration with internal stakeholders (afterworks, agency animations).
- Follow-up of events in the southern France perimeter: respect of the strategy, budget monitoring and performance follow-up.
Objective: To ensure the proper supply of the teams.
- Operational management of the order platform (print and goodies).
- Monitoring of stocks and team needs.
- You join at the start of the academic year a Bac+4/5 (Master) course in communication/marketing school or business school with a communication specialization.
- First experience desired (internships or apprenticeships).
- Excellent writing skills, orthographic rigor and attention to detail.
- Versatility in managing several subjects simultaneously to ensure the proper respect of deadlines.
- Interpersonal skills and situational intelligence.
- Curiosity, energy and ability to integrate into a demanding environment.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
