Position OverviewAs a Franchise Business Partner & Co-Owner, you will be a core leader responsible for accelerating studio growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring overall business success. This role extends beyond financial investmentwe are looking for an experienced operator with a passion for scaling businesses and a proven track record of high-performance execution.
Key Responsibilities - Operational Leadership- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client experience.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and increase business valuation.
- Identify and leverage new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven business practices and innovation.
- Co-manage studio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit-sharing initiatives.
- Optimize resource allocation and monitor key performance indicators to ensure fiscal health.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape and implement long-term growth strategies.
- Participate in performance evaluations and strategic planning sessions to drive success.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.
- Minimum $100,000 available for investment in the business.
- Proven experience managing or operating a business, preferably in a franchise or high-growth environment.
- Strong ability to drive operational improvements and scale business operations effectively.
- Full-time, hands-on involvement in studio operations and strategic initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and profitability.
- Strong financial literacy with the ability to execute profit-sharing models effectively.
- Balance strategic long-term planning with day-to-day operational execution.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Profit Sharing & Ownership – Earnings are directly tied to the studio's success, with profit-sharing proportional to ownership stake.
- In addition to profit-sharing, a competitive salary will be provided, ensuring both short-term and long-term financial rewards.
