Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health needs, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Develop and implement flexible treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices tailored to individual clients, whether in individual, couples, or family settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to coordinate care, facilitate referrals, and promote comprehensive treatment approaches for clients.
• Continually engage in professional development by participating in training, workshops, and peer supervision to enrich your counseling expertise and ensure the best client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will include a diverse population of clients dealing with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a community health setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong understanding of various therapeutic methodologies and their application in both individual and group settings.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling practices, along with proficiency in using digital platforms to provide effective therapy.
• Background in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or working with children and families would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth solutions is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
