Overview:

The Labor Relations Analyst, under the direction of the Director/Manager of Labor Relations, uses professional labor relations concepts and applies organizational policies and procedures to perform a wide variety of functions that support the Labor Relations (LR) Team and facilitate union relations for the client enterprise.


Required Skills:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of progressive Human Resources or related professional experience.
  • Strategic Thinking: Anticipates future trends and consequences, develops forward-looking solutions, and communicates a clear vision of possibilities.
  • Results Orientation: Consistently delivers high-quality results, exceeds expectations, and establishes challenging goals for self and the team.

  • Planning & Prioritization: Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities, changing workloads, deadlines, and high-volume assignments with initiative, adaptability, and follow-through.
  • Confidentiality: Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or complex matters.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
