We seek individuals that have passion for cars and auto enthusiasts! Experience working 2+ years in an auto dealership is a plus.
Our team has a background in tires, tire safety, tire failures and tire forensics.
The position of CX Tech Support Engineer (Tier II) will provide support to our internal team.
Additionally, you will be our technology point-of-contact working with our software engineers, supporting installations, providing assistance with all technology (e.g. cellular, tablets, computers, etc.) assisting in testing, technical and maintenance issues, setting up and assisting with product demos, teams calls, attending meetings and conferences.
Salary is $35-$45 per hour and this salary is not inclusive of any incentives or benefits that may be offered.
This position of CX Tech Support Tier 2 can lead to a management-level position with benefits,
The ideal candidate for the position of Technology Project Manager will be an individual who's a quick thinker and tech-savvy.
Hours will be set on a week-to-week basis.
We require a computer science degree or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Tech Support (Tier 2). Experience with AWS, Microsoft & Teams and Google Cloud.
This role may require you to be in the field at times.
This position may involve working in or around vehicle service departments or similar locations, lifting or carrying multiple devices, squatting and/or long periods of standing.
The role may also require traveling to events, conferences or product demos/testing.

This position will require a commitment to work 15 to 40 hours per week.
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Deploy new computer systems and software Interact with software development team Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Recommend hardware and software improvements
Support in-person(software) and executive team with B2B demonstrations and deployment of technology to (potential) customers on-site
Track customer and internal issues and formulate resolution.
Willing to take on other duties, as assigned Neat clean and professional appearance and business attire including suit and tie required on occasion. In order to be successful in this position - you must be
punctual and possess a strong work ethic
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violations and/or at fault accidents within 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related incidents within 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
Drug test required.
