We are seeking an IT Sales Executive to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales proposals to present to customersDocument sales funnel activity in company CRM
- Previous experience in sales or sales engineer capacity
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Knowledge of Microsoft products preferred as well as IT security basics
- Strong negotiation skills
- General understanding of telephony (voice services)

ICS will provide maintenance and support for existing hardware and software listed in the Addendum. ICS will provide support and troubleshooting for remote access solutions including VPN, remote desktop and webmail. Using ICS’s Remote, Monitoring and Management (RMM) software, unlimited support by RMM systems will be provided, including the installation of critical updates for Windows Operating Systems, Apple Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office 365. Automated support includes remediation for installed malware, failed services, drive clean-up (temporary and unnecessary files), drive optimization, virus, malware, and spyware scans, defrags as well as hardware and software auditing.
