Philanthropy Associate - ICBD
Fort Lauderdale, Florida
About ICBD Holdings
ICBD is a successful, fast-growing company with the culture of a start-up but the resources and experience of an established firm. We offer comprehensive marketing, IT, HR, and accounting solutions exclusively to other assets that share common control within the healthcare sector. Our premiere suite of companies includes an industry-leading, fast-growing autism care/ABA therapy provider with clinics in multiple states and other various behavioral healthcare businesses.
What You'll Be Doing
- Â Â Â Support execution of the Foundation's mission, strategy, and annual giving plan
- Â Â Â Coordinate board meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and resolutions
- Â Â Â Maintain foundation records, filings, and compliance documentation (e.g., 990-PF)
- Â Â Â Partner with legal and accounting advisors to ensure regulatory compliance
- Â Â Â Track goals, KPIs, and annual philanthropic priorities
- Â Â Â Manage the full grant lifecycle from intake through reporting
- Â Â Â Maintain accurate grant tracking systems and documentation
- Â Â Â Draft grant agreements and monitor active grants
- Â Â Â Research potential grantees and emerging philanthropic trends
- Â Â Â Â Prepare summaries and recommendations for family and board review
- Â Â Â Cultivate relationships with nonprofit leaders and community stakeholders
- Â Â Â Represent the Foundation professionally in all communications
- Â Â Â Coordinate site visits, community events, and partnership meetings
- Â Â Â Collaborate internally to highlight philanthropic impact and outcomes
- Â Â Â Maintain digital and physical records related to philanthropy
- Â Â Â Track charitable budgets and disbursements with accounting
- Â Â Â Prepare briefings, correspondence, and progress reports
- Â Â Â Support special initiatives such as scholarships or signature giving programs
- Â Â Â Assist with next-generation family engagement in philanthropy
Requirements
- Â Â Â Â 3+ years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, or grantmaking
- Â Â Â Â Working knowledge of private foundation operations and compliance
- Â Â Â Â Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Â Â Â Â High degree of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Â Â Â Â Proficiency with Microsoft Office and grant or donor management systems
