The Enchanted Hollow is a growing e-commerce brand specializing in innovative 3D-printed products. Our product lines include fidget toys, Bookshelf Clickers, Hatchlings, GachaPop, the Yeti Series, and our Enchanted Hollow exclusive Yeti collection — all designed for collectors, fidget enthusiasts, and "kidults." We sell across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other platforms, and we're expanding our live commerce presence to connect directly with our customers in real time.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, energetic TikTok Shop Live Host to lead live streaming sessions 3 days per week from our location in Parker, Colorado. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with us as we scale our live commerce operation. You don't need to be a TikTok expert on day one — we need someone who is genuinely excited to learn the ins and outs of live selling, has a natural on-camera presence, and is motivated to build something from scratch.

You'll be the face of our brand during live sessions, showcasing our products, engaging with viewers in real time, and driving sales. You'll stream on-site from our studio setup, giving you access to our full product inventory for demonstrations. As our live commerce operation grows, there is significant opportunity for increased hours, higher compensation, and a larger role within the company.

What You'll Do

Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop 3 days per week (2–4 hours per session), presenting our fidgets, Bookshelf Clickers, Hatchlings, GachaPop, Yetis, and Enchanted Hollow exclusives in an engaging, authentic way

Engage with viewers in real time — answer questions, respond to comments, and create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that keeps people watching

Demonstrate products on camera — show features, highlight benefits, and help viewers understand why our products stand out (training on products will be provided)

Drive sales during live sessions using proven live-selling techniques including flash sales, limited-time offers, and urgency-based calls to action

Learn and apply TikTok Shop best practices — stay current on platform features, trends, and algorithm insights that improve stream performance

Collaborate with our team to plan live session content, select featured products, and develop a consistent streaming schedule that builds a loyal audience

Track and review session performance — monitor key metrics (viewers, engagement, sales, GMV) and provide feedback to help us continuously improve

Maintain consistency and reliability — show up on time, every session, with energy and preparation

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves

Confident and engaging on-camera presence — you can talk naturally and keep energy up for 2–4 hours at a time

Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to think on your feet in a live environment

Self-motivated and eager to learn — you don't need prior TikTok Live experience, but you need the drive to master it quickly

Reliable, professional, and consistent — you treat every session as a commitment

Able to commute to our Parker, Colorado location for all live sessions (equipment and studio setup provided)

Available for evening and/or weekend sessions (peak TikTok shopping hours are typically 6 PM–12 AM MT)

Nice-to-Haves

Prior experience with live streaming on any platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, etc.)

Background in sales, retail, customer service, or product demonstration

Familiarity with TikTok trends, features, and the TikTok Shop ecosystem

Experience in or enthusiasm for 3D printing, collectibles, fidget toys, or maker culture

Acting, broadcasting, public speaking, or content creation background

Bilingual ability (English/Spanish is a plus)

Compensation

Base Rate: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience and performance)

Commission: Performance-based commission on sales generated during your live sessions. Commission structure scales with your results:

Monthly Live Sales (GMV) | Commission Rate

Up to $2,000 | 3% of sales

$2,001 – $5,000 | 5% of sales

$5,001+ | 7% of sales

What This Looks Like in Practice:

At 3 sessions per week averaging 3 hours each (approximately 36 hours/month), base pay alone ranges from $720–$1,080/month

As you develop your live selling skills and grow the audience, commission earnings add significantly on top of the base rate

Top-performing TikTok Shop Live Hosts in the market earn $35–$65/hour effectively when combining base pay and commissions

Growth Opportunity: As our live commerce operation scales, there is opportunity for increased session frequency, higher base rates, and expanded responsibilities.

On-site studio setup — No need to worry about lighting, equipment, or background. We provide a professional streaming setup at our Parker, CO location with full access to product inventory for demos.
