Job description

As a PM Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure guests an enjoyable and comfortable stay. A Room Attendant is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways and public areas in the hotel. Room Attendants service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, stock carts with room supplies, replace bed linens and replenish guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances, this role would also be responsible for conducting 'deep cleaning' activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.
The PM Room Attendant will ensure that the late departures due to guests with status, AMEX and airlines are able to be turned. They will assist with guest requests and other department needs throughout the evening. The perfect candidate for this role would be self-motivated and eager to jump in where the business demands during these hours.

Seeking (1) Room Attendants for 3:00pm-11:30pm shift. This position will have consecutive 2 days off with weekend shifts being mandatory.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift
  • Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum to make sure guest rooms and bathrooms meet hotel standards
  • Change linens and make guest beds
  • Restock all guest room supplies
  • Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms
  • Clean and sanitize public area spaces as assigned
  • Approach all encounters with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Comply at all times with Hyatt's standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations; including wearing the proper uniform and personal protective equipment
  • Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by a leader
