Responsibilities:

• Work the desk daily — structure deals, appraise trades, and secure financing
• Support and train sales consultants throughout the sales process
• Make outbound calls and dive into the CRM to drive engagement
• Collaborate with management to hit monthly volume & gross profit goals
• Hold the team accountable for follow-up, daily activity, and results
• Be a visible, active leader on the floor — coaching, problem-solving, and closing deals

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Automotive Sales Manager experience required
• Strong deal structuring, closing, and communication skills
• Confident in making calls, coaching staff, and leading by example
• Familiar with CDK, Eleads, and Vauto
• Honda experience a plus!
• Knowledge of used car operations/inventory strategy is a bonus
• Motivated, coachable, and highly driven to succeed
