Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Surgical Center located in Chandler, Arizona. You will work in a dynamic team setting alongside other highly qualified professionals, including audiologists and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Working typically from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you may also participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 care for urgent patient needs, fostering a work culture that balances professional commitment with physician well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations including detailed medical history reviews and physical examinations to accurately diagnose various ENT conditions.
  • Formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing both medical and surgical methods.
  • Perform a range of surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and septoplasties, leveraging advanced surgical techniques.
  • Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies, focusing on preventing complications, managing symptoms, and promoting healing.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with specialists to optimize patient care pathways and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
  • Educate patients about their diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive measures, empowering them to be active participants in their healthcare journey.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records, documenting evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-up notes.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in otolaryngology and participate in continuous education and professional development activities.
  • Uphold ethical standards and regulatory compliance, ensuring patient privacy and maintaining the integrity of care delivery.

Qualifications

  • Commitment to ongoing professional excellence and knowledge of current trends in otolaryngology.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of post-residency experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a range of otolaryngological procedures and treatments.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from USD 250,000 to 350,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level.
