Hunter Wealth Management is an independent advisory firm located in Peachtree City, Georgia, managing $2.4 billion for mass affluent, high-net-worth, retiree, and institutional clients. We have over 250 years of combined experience in the financial services industry. We have 6 offices in Georgia – Midtown Atlanta, Peachtree City, Griffin, Columbus, Americus and Albany. The position we are hiring for is located in our main office in Peachtree City. We operate like the entrepreneurial, client-first practice we are — while drawing on the technology, resources, and backing that come with our affiliation with Wells Fargo Advisors. Here's what makes this seat different: you'll work primarily alongside two of our newer advisors who are actively growing their books of business. This isn't a static, do-the-same-thing-forever role. You'll grow as they grow — and the initiative, energy, and relationships you bring will directly shape their trajectory, and yours.

The day-to-day

You'll be the trusted point of contact who keeps our clients' experience seamless:

• Serving as a primary contact for client phone calls, emails, and requests
• Schedule client calls and review meetings; manage advisors’ calendars
• Account opening, onboarding, and new-client paperwork
• Follow up on paperwork, missing items and action steps
• Provide status updates on requests (transfers, account changes, etc..)
• Money movements — transfers, distributions, and account maintenance
• Preparing advisors for client review meetings and following up on action items
• Keeping our client management system meticulously current
• Coordinating with our Wells Fargo Advisors platform and operations partners
• Partnering with our experienced client service team, who'll have your back as you get up to speed

Experience in financial services, client service, hospitality, or a client-facing sales role is a plus — but the right attitude and the drive to learn matter more. No securities licenses are required to start. If you want to pursue them down the road, we'll support you.
