At Crete Carrier and Shaffer Trucking, we continue to lead the way in driver pay.


Great Pay and Benefits:
  • Starting Pay: 76 - 82 CPM + an extra 6 CPM on weekends*
  • Annual pay: the top 50% of Crete drivers earn over $112,087 per year
  • Weekly pay: the top 50% of Crete drivers average $2,154 per week
