The Role

We're looking for a friendly and dependable Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the voice of Humbly Tech—helping customers resolve issues, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a flexible, remote position perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and communicating clearly.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely, professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy
  • Guide customers through product features and answer questions
  • Document interactions and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience
  • Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude in every interaction
  • Follow up to ensure customer concerns are fully resolved

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to helping others
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable using computers, chat tools, and email
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in customer service or support
  • Familiarity with help desk software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.)
  • Experience working remotely
  • Multilingual abilities
