Earn More While Building a Career in Specialty Construction

CCS Group is seeking a hands-on, bilingual Traveling Construction Foreman to help lead crews performing specialized concrete repair, coatings, maintenance, and construction projects throughout the United States.

This is a year-round construction career for someone who is comfortable traveling, working alongside the crew, and helping lead demanding industrial projects. Unlike many construction employers, CCS Group does not routinely shut down or lay off crews during the winter.

What the Opportunity Looks Like

  • $28.00 to $36.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and certifications
  • Overtime eligible
  • Employees typically average approximately 55 to 60 hours per week while on active projects, although hours vary based on project needs
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid $1,000 after 90 days and $1,000 after 180 days
  • Per Diem and company-paid lodging.
  • Lodging paid, reserved, and managed by CCS
  • Typical project rotations of approximately four to seven weeks, followed by approximately four to five days at home
  • Additional home time may be provided after longer assignments, depending on operational needs
  • Year-round employment with no routine seasonal winter layoffs
  • Annual compensation reviews and potential pay increases
  • Potential discretionary bonuses based on company and project profitability
  • Employer-supported training and certifications
  • Career advancement opportunities

What Could That Mean in Earnings?

Actual hours and earnings vary by project, schedule, hourly rate, and overtime worked.

For example, a Foreman earning $30.00 per hour and working approximately 55 to 60 hours in a week could earn approximately:

  • $1,875 to $2,100 gross per week
  • Approximately $11,250 to $12,600 gross over a six-week project rotation

These examples are for illustration only and do not guarantee hours, overtime, project duration, or earnings.

Travel and Project Schedule

This position requires nationwide travel and extended periods away from home. A typical project assignment lasts approximately four to seven weeks, followed by approximately four to five days at home. The exact rotation varies based on project duration, customer requirements, crew needs, and operational demands.

Employees working active projects typically average approximately 55 to 60 hours per week. Workdays and start and end times vary by project. Crews may work Monday through Saturday, and extended shifts, overtime, or schedule changes may be required based on weather, customer operations, deadlines, safety conditions, and other jobsite needs.

The assigned crew generally travels, works, and takes scheduled time off together. Because CCS crews are small, dependable attendance and reliability are essential to project safety, productivity, and completion.

Why Join CCS Group?

  • Year-round employment with no routine seasonal winter layoffs
  • Competitive hourly pay with significant overtime earning potential
  • Typical rotation of four to seven weeks on assignment, followed by approximately four to five days at home
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • Dedicated crew that generally remains together across projects
  • Annual compensation reviews and potential pay increases
  • Potential discretionary bonuses based on company and project profitability
  • Employer-supported training, certifications, and advancement opportunities
