What You'll Be Doing

As a Budtender at Humanity Wellness, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. THIS IS A PART-TIME POSTITON. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers warmly and providing personalized assistance.
• Educating customers on our product offerings and helping them make informed decisions.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Operating the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• A passion for wellness and a willingness to learn about our products.
• The ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, kneel, squat, and twist as needed.
• Comfort working on a tablet and handling physical demands associated with the role.
