Turn Relationships Into Revenue — And Get Paid for the Business You Build.

Are you the person who walks into a networking event and leaves knowing half the room?

Do you enjoy building relationships, making connections, and turning conversations into business opportunities?

Hudson Valley Home Inspection is looking for a relationship-driven Strategic Partnership Representative to grow our network of Realtors and referral partners throughout the Hudson Valley.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk sales position. You'll be out in the community building genuine relationships—and when the partnerships you develop generate business, you share in the revenue.

Compensation

$30,000 Annual Base (for PT hours) + Uncapped Revenue Share + Quarterly Bonuses

Revenue Share

Earn a percentage of gross inspection revenue generated by the referral partners you personally develop and activate:

• 3% for months 1–6 following partner activation
• 1.5% for months 7–12 from that same partner

The goal isn't to find a Realtor who sends us one inspection. We want you to build relationships that produce ongoing business.

Quarterly Performance Bonuses

• 15 closed inspections — $500
• 20 closed inspections — $1,200
• 25 closed inspections — $2,000
• 30 closed inspections — $3,500

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with Realtors and other strategic referral partners throughout the Hudson Valley.
• Attend networking, Realtor, Chamber, industry, and community events.
• Identify and develop high-potential referral partners.
• Schedule one-on-one meetings and follow-up conversations.
• Introduce prospective partners to Hudson Valley Home Inspection and communicate what makes us different.
• Onboard qualified referral partners into our system.
• Help new partners move from interested to sending their first inspection referral.
• Maintain relationships with producing partners to encourage ongoing referrals.
• Keep referral activity and opportunities current in the CRM.
• Work with leadership when additional support is needed to help close an opportunity.

We'll Teach You Our Business

Home inspection experience is not required.

Your initial training will include:

• Approximately 1–2 weeks shadowing our home inspectors to understand the customer experience and services we provide.
• Time with our team learning how we communicate with customers and referral partners.
• Training on our services, systems, messaging, and referral process.

You bring the relationship-building skills. We'll teach you the home inspection business.

Experience in business development, outside sales, real estate, mortgage lending, title, insurance, property services, home services, or professional networking is especially valuable.

An established Hudson Valley professional network is a strong plus.

Territory & Travel

This is a field-based position serving the Hudson Valley. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally are required.

Reasonable business expenses may be reimbursed when approved by the Company in advance.
