Hudson Food Stores is looking to fill an IMMEDIATE opening!!
Position:
Maintenance Worker
Principal Responsibilities:
- Respond within 24 hours to District Manager request (To text, email, phone calls)
- Report all repairs needed while providing timely status reports of progress
- Restaurant equipment repair
- Inspects properties daily and performs corrective action. Checks violations, vendor performance, identify physical repairs needed.
- Ensure routine tasks are being satisfactorily performed
Availability:
Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
*Must also be available for emergency service calls shall the need arise
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:(Essential functions, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics). This list is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by incumbents of this class.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Listed in no specific order)
- Trash pick-up
- General cleaning of facilities and assets
- Signage—repair and maintenance including posts and signs of all kinds
- Ability to lift over 50lbs
- Light check and change bulbs
- Janitorial duties
- All manners of manual labor
Ability to:
- Function using extreme physical labor and work in extreme weather conditions.
Minimum Qualifications: Must have clean driving record and tools to preform essential job duties.
