Huckleberry Transport is seeking a Class C Box Truck Drivers for local pick ups and deliveries in the DFW area. Multiple shifts available

Position Summary

As a Box Truck Driver, you will transport general cargo on assigned routes with a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and customer service. You will represent Huckleberry Transport professionally while ensuring all pick ups and deliveries are completed accurately and on time. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Grapevine, TX, ideal for a dependable driver who can follow instructions, maintain vehicle readiness, and operate with care in everyday driving conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class C vehicle safely and responsibly in accordance with applicable laws, company policies, and route requirements

• Complete scheduled trips, including loading, securement checks, and timely drop-offs or pickups

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly

• Follow route plans and delivery instructions while maintaining accurate records of trips and activity

• Provide courteous, professional communication with dispatch, customers, and team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class C driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards

• Be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a clear MVR

• Safe driving experience with a strong commitment to obeying traffic laws and regulations

• Ability to consistently follow assigned routes, schedules, and operational procedures

• Comfort working onsite and completing the demands of driving for extended periods

• Ability to lift up tp 75lbs, handle, and secure items as required by job duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in local delivery or transportation roles

• Familiarity with conducting basic vehicle inspections and recognizing common mechanical or safety concerns

• Strong time management skills and a reliable attendance record

• Prior experience working with dispatch or logistics teams

• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Compensation

Hourly rate starts at: $20.00
