Whether you are an experienced leader looking for a Management role, or a team player eager to jump into the Kitchen or Drive-Thru, we have a spot for you on our afternoon and night shifts.

Open Positions & Responsibilities

1. Shift Managers

• Lead the Team: Oversee daily shift operations, delegate tasks, and ensure the team delivers excellent food and service.

• Maintain Standards: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and security procedures are strictly followed.

• Support & Train: Coach crew members, handle customer inquiries with a smile, and drive shift profitability.

2. Kitchen Crew (Cooks & Prep)

• Food Prep: Prepare Sonic's iconic burgers, hot dogs, sides, and snacks quickly and accurately.

• Quality Control: Maintain food safety standards, keep the kitchen clean, and manage inventory during your shift.

• Team Player: Work closely with the drive-thru and management teams to keep ticket times low.

3. Drive-Thru Crew (Fountain, Order Takers, Carhops)

• Guest First: Greet guests, take accurate orders, and process payments efficiently.

• Craft Drinks & Treats: Mix Sonic's famous drinks, shakes, and slushes to perfection.

• Speed & Accuracy: Ensure every guest receives the correct order quickly and with a friendly attitude.

What We Are Looking For

• Availability: Must be available to work afternoon and evening/night shifts (including weekends).

• Experience: Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus, but required for management roles.

• Skills: Strong communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.

• Age Requirement: Must meet the minimum age requirement for restaurant operations (16+ for crew, 18+ for management).
