Job Description

What You’ll Do:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate oral health and hygiene needs.
• Evaluate patient needs and provide initial therapy as recommended.
• Provide preventative dental care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments and sealants.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Work alongside our dentists and dental assistants to ensure top-notch patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold infection control protocols.

Salary Range

Full-time $40 - $45 per hour

Salary based on Experience.

Shift & Schedule

Work Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

What We’re Looking For:
• Active Dental Hygienist License in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices and patient assessment systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferences

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient care
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently when needed
• Previous experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
