We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and creating memorable guest experiences. What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations while leading and developing a high-performing team. You’ll help create an environment where guests feel welcomed, employees feel supported, and operational excellence is the standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front of House and Back of House operations
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximize customer satisfaction
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best
• Organize and supervise employee shifts and staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Monitor restaurant performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
• Control costs, reduce waste, and support inventory management
• Review financial reports, including weekly and monthly sales and expenses
• Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement events
• Help maintain and strengthen our positive company culture

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
