Job description

DESCRIPTION
Cumberland House of Pizza is hiring dependable and hardworking pizza cooks to join our kitchen team. No pizza-making experience is required-we provide paid training for the right person.
PAY & BENEFITS
• Base pay of $15.10-$17 per hour, based on experience
• Tip share averaging an additional $2-$3 per hour
• Average total earnings of $17-$20+ per hour
• Paid training

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Stretch dough and prepare pizzas to our standards
• Prepare subs, appetizers, fried foods, and other menu items
• Safely operate ovens, fryers, grills, and kitchen equipment
• Follow recipes and portioning guidelines
• Prepare and restock ingredients for busy periods
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workstation
• Communicate with teammates to keep orders moving
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Package orders and occasionally assist at the front counter
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Able to stay focused and organized during busy periods
• Able to follow recipes and instructions consistently
• Takes pride in food quality and cleanliness
• Works well as part of a team
• Comfortable standing throughout the shift
• Able to arrive reliably for scheduled shifts
Restaurant or pizza-making experience is helpful but not required.
SCHEDULE
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
• Flexible scheduling
• Consistent weekly hours are available
