Salary: $50,000-$55,000 per year + Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus Plan

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated General Manager. The GM is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, developing team members, and driving store performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth service.
• Recruit, train, and lead team members to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Monitor financial performance and participate in profit sharing through monthly bonus opportunities.
• Control inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in food service or retail (pizza experience a plus!).
• Must be able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
