Hot Chix, home of the best Nashville-style fried chicken in town, is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Crew Members to join our fast-paced kitchen. What You’ll Do:
As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in crafting the flavors that make Hot Chix famous. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ingredient Prep: Clean, cut, season, and portion ingredients following our signature recipes and portion control standards.
• Recipe Execution: Follow detailed recipes to ensure consistent quality across all menu items.
• Kitchen Organization: Keep prep areas clean, stocked, and ready for action.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow crew members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Quality Checks: Inspect ingredients for freshness and report any concerns to the kitchen manager.
• Fryer Operation: Cook chicken to crispy perfection using deep fryers and kitchen equipment.
• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Inventory Support: Help monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs.
• Time Management: Stay efficient and organized—especially during busy shifts.
• Shift Coordination: Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and order accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• Prior kitchen or food prep experience
• Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with fryers or in a fry cook role
• Attention to cleanliness, quality, and detail

Preferred:

• Experience in a fast casual or fried chicken restaurant
• Familiarity with the Hot Chix brand and menu

Location Requirement:
Must be able to relocate to or commute to Walled Lake, MI before starting.
