HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC or BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team in Decatur, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.
Practice Highlights:
Well established, growing practice with great community support
100% Outpatient Practice
Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
Minimal call with group shared call
No holidays or weekends
Strong support staff provided
EPIC EMR
Position Requirements:
Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Compensation & Benefits Package:
Base Salary: $140,481 with bonus earning potential
Sign-On Bonus
CME Benefits Provided Annually
Fully comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as retirement benefits.

Education Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications
  • Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
  • Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or
  • Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
  • Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.
  • Federal DEA license is preferred.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
