Horizon Health Mental Counseling, PLLC, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote role. This position offers a competitive annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, along with a sign-on bonus. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individualized, family-focused, and group therapy, employing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific goals and interventions related to clients' therapeutic journeys.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.
• Lead crisis intervention sessions, conduct risk assessments, and devise safety plans as necessary.
• Maintain precise and prompt documentation in accordance with ethical practices and legal requirements, ensuring that all records reflect the care provided.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community support and individual progress.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
