Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for upcoming appointments or discharges.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Ensure timely documentation and accurate progress notes for every client, keeping track of treatment milestones and changes in status.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate initial treatment strategies.
  • Facilitate weekly individual counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapies to guide clients on their path to healing.
  • Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of hands-on experience with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
  • Practical experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and leading both individual and group therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation processes.
  • Demonstrated capacity for integrating therapeutic modalities based on client needs.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 104,000 annually, complemented by various bonus opportunities. Additionally, we support our clinicians with a fee-for-service model, ensuring guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections to eliminate delays in reimbursement.
