Position Overview

Hope Healthcare Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Telehealth Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative mental health team. Work Environment

The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours while maintaining an organized schedule. Our standard office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. This telehealth setting supports a healthy work-life balance and utilizes advanced digital platforms for seamless communication and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using solution-focused interventions and evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities designed to promote mental wellness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory requirements to safeguard client information.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews, contributing to the continuous improvement of therapeutic strategies and client outcomes.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and best practices to deliver the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve supporting a diverse array of clients, including adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, enabling you to apply culturally competent practices in your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
• A strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, allowing for individualized care based on client assessments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and colleagues in a remote environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to tailor therapeutic approaches according to client needs.
• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health issues, especially in a telehealth setting.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Prior engagement in team-based care models, emphasizing collaboration and continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
