Honos Solutions is seeking motivated Independent Sales Representatives to help expand our commercial and industrial LED lighting business nationwide.

We provide premium LED lighting solutions for electrical contractors, warehouses, commercial buildings, and large-scale projects. Our goal is to help customers reduce energy costs while providing high-quality lighting products with competitive pricing and fast service.

This is a commission-only opportunity where you earn 50% of the profits from the sales you generate. There is unlimited earning potential, and top-performing representatives have the opportunity to earn $50,000+ per month based on sales performance.

Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with electrical contractors, businesses, and commercial customers
• Find new LED lighting opportunities and projects
• Connect customers with our team for quotes and product solutions
• Manage sales relationships and help grow long-term accounts

Qualifications:
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience in electrical, lighting, construction, or B2B sales is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
